Where is that pretty ugu seller now?

So I woke up this morning and was bitten by a curiosity bug. Out of all the celebrities in Nigeria and in the midst of celebrating the winner of the just concluded presidential election, President Muhammadu Buhari (congratulations sai Baba).

My mind had to wander far from what is presently happening around me, to asking where the ugu seller is now?

I'm talking about no other than Peace Samuel Omana. Peace whose rare beauty drew the attention of the public sometime ago in 2017 has been scarce for a long while, little has been heard of her lately. Remember her story went viral for her unusual multicolored eyes. Spotted at mile 12 market helping her mother sell ugu, the teenager was found by a photographer, @AbimbolaBalogun of Revelia photography who gave Peace her first proper photoshoot.





One would expect that  Peace would have been "Olajumoked" and perhaps gone global by now. When she was discovered she seemed to be the favourite model among make up artists, magazines and other fashion outlets. You will recall that she was featured on the cover of Laveronica Magazine in the year she was discovered. Abimbola was quoted saying "change can occur without forethought to anybody. Its hers. ..she is a Star you can tell from her photos she is destined to be". So where is she now? What happened? I'm a fan.I  need to know
