A video is circulating online. In this video a man is seen shouting on some good Samaritans offering to help him get medical attention for his twin children, the children seem not to be growing, they are 9 months old but they are looking like new born babies and the condition in which they are living is an impoverished one. See Video below 👇







Apparently their mother too needs medical attention, but the man is seen denying them any kind of help. Going forward, when a situation is like this what happens next?

 This is surely a call for the government and various charity organizations to heed and look into this matter.
