Sunday John a guest writer takes a peep into the society.

DOES IT NOT REALLY BOTHER YOU THAT THE ABNORMAL THINGS HAVE BECOME THE NORMAL THINGS IN OUR SOCIETY?

                         Sunday John

The situation of things in the country is gradually tilting and drifting into a direction that can erupt into a state of anarchy anytime soon and yet we are all comfortably sitting down and watching and hoping for a better tomorrow and better days ahead . It didn't really get this bad in Tunisia before that young man (The vegetables seller) after all his efforts to get back his seized wheel barrow from their task force (same way they exercise their excesses here ) proved abortive; went to the nearest petrol station, bought fuel,  poured it on his body, lit up himself and that marked the beginning of revolution that got the then president  (Ben Alli) ousted out of office.   Can anyone really initiate such here?  and if anyone does would others be ready to take up the fight from there?

It has gotten so bad that those who have the intention to steal if given the opportunity are even more in number than those who are currently stealing  leveraging on that opportunity given to them,

Graduates are now settling down for jobs school cert holders wouldn't even do on a normal day.

Some of our sisters have now found solace in using what they'av got to get what they want.

Children now have to sell bread, grandnuts,  plantain chips, bottled water etc in traffic and even in major high ways till as late as 12am in the mid nite.  Some of them get knocked down or even run over in the process by some drivers mistakenly.

Trust is gone forever.  You are now scared to accept money transfers from the next person cos the earlier person scammed or did a fake transfer to you.

Politicians are sharing boxes of matches with their encrypted pictures in the boxes to their constituent members as a way of appeasing them.
They share cooked rice on major festival days like Sallah, Xmas,  New year day etc to the vulnerable ones who run after their pick up vans and sing all manners of cheering songs to give them thumbs up and kudos for job well done.
The list is endless and I will continue in my next episode.

Now the question is " CAN THINGS REALLY CONTINUE LIKE THIS WHILE WE CONTINUE TO FOLD OUR HANDS AND WATCH HELPLESSLY?

Maid From The Pit of Hell

It is with deep gratitude to God and heart-felt thanksgiving, that I type this message. For saving my son Prince Osinachi from death and for saving my family from sorrow, be thou exalted O Lord...if i had one million tongues, it still won't be enough to praise you...Men may not understand how far you've brought us, showing us excess love on a daily, you have been so merciful even when we do not deserve it And then it happened that i employed a witch from the pit of hell as a maid Her name is Agatha Joshua and she hails from Gboko, Benue state, Tiv by tribe. This is a girl i took as my own first daughter, put her in a standard school, bought her everything she wanted, not just needed.I also took her for HIV and hepatis test immediately she came and then gave her the three doses of hepatitis vaccine when she tested negative. I equally do not flog her at all,i only knock her or draw her ear to correct her whenever she makes mistakes, and i don't do this often becaus
